Is it really free?
Yes. Pricebook Free costs ₹0 and stays free — no card, no trial that ends. It covers 10,000 products and 1,000 searches a month for one user. We charge only when you want your own net price instead of the list price.
Where do the prices come from?
From the price lists the manufacturers publish themselves. Every result shows the brand and the price list it came from, and we link to the original document so you can check it. When a brand revises a list, we replace the old prices — you always see the current one.
How do the brand catalogues fit into my 10,000 items?
You activate the brand catalogs you actually deal in — a Schneider distributor activates Schneider Electrical, not Philips or Havells too. Those activated products count toward your 10,000-item allowance, the same as anything you upload yourself. That is what lets us keep every catalog current instead of hosting all of them for everyone.
Who can see my discounts?
Only your team. Your discount structure is the most confidential number in your business and we treat it that way. Separate account, never mixed with another company, never pasted into public AI chat tools, never used to train public AI models.
What if a price is wrong?
Tell us and we will fix it. Every result names the price list it came from, so you can always check against the original. When a brand revises a list, we update and tell you which of your items moved.
Is this the same as Druvo RFQ to Quote?
No. Pricebook finds products and prices them. RFQ to Quote reads your enquiries and prepares the whole quotation, tracking it from enquiry to sent. Pricebook is included with RFQ to Quote at no extra cost.
