This Privacy Policy explains how Pragati Labs LLC ("Druvo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the Druvo website, applications, and services (the "Services").
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Account details such as your name, company, email address, and phone number when you sign up, book a demo, or contact us.
- Google Workspace and Gmail data. If you connect a Gmail account, we access the connected account's email address, OAuth authorization tokens, labels selected for processing, message and thread identifiers, senders, recipients, subject lines, message bodies, and attachments. We also process the draft replies that Druvo creates for you. Druvo accesses this information only after an authorized user connects the account through Google's OAuth consent process.
- Customer content. Catalog, pricing, customer, RFQ, quotation, and related business data that you upload, connect, or generate while using the Services. This content belongs to you and is kept logically separated from other customers' content.
- Usage and advertising measurement data. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, referring page, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers, collected to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Services.
How we use information
- To search the Gmail labels selected by an authorized user and identify messages that may be requests for quotation.
- To read relevant message bodies and attachments, extract requested products, quantities, and specifications, and match them with the user's product catalog.
- To generate, create, and update quotation draft replies in the originating email thread, and to send a reply after the user reviews and approves it.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the user-facing Services.
- To respond to your requests, demos, and support inquiries.
- To measure whether an advertisement led to a delivered enquiry and evaluate campaign performance. We do not send RFQ content, catalog data, or Google Workspace data for this purpose.
- To secure the Services and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Advertising measurement
We use the Google Ads tag to measure advertising performance. When an enquiry is successfully delivered to our sales team, the website sends a conversion event containing a randomly generated lead identifier. Campaign parameters and Google advertising click identifiers may also be retained with the sales enquiry so we can connect lead quality to the campaign that produced it. We do not send the contents of your enquiry to Google Ads as part of this event.
Google API data and Limited Use
Druvo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Workspace data only to provide or improve the prominent user-facing features described in this policy.
We do not use or transfer Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising, retargeting, creating advertising profiles, determining creditworthiness, lending, or sale to data brokers or information resellers.
We do not permit humans to read Google Workspace data except when we have obtained and documented the user's explicit consent to view specific content for support or another user-requested feature, when necessary to investigate a security or abuse incident, when required by applicable law, or for permitted internal operations on data that has been aggregated and anonymized.
Your content stays yours
Your catalog, pricing, Google Workspace data, and customer history remain associated with your account and are not pooled with other customers' content. We process this content only as needed to provide the Services, as directed by authorized users, and as otherwise described in this policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or Google Workspace data. We disclose information only to service providers that help us provide the Services, such as cloud infrastructure, data storage, security, support, and AI-processing providers; when you direct or consent to the disclosure; for security purposes; as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining the user's explicit prior consent; or when required by law. Service providers may access Google Workspace data only to perform services for Druvo, must protect it, and may not use it for their own advertising or to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not disclose Google Workspace data to advertising or analytics providers.
Data retention
We retain account information, customer content, Google Workspace data, and derived RFQ and quotation records while your account is active and for only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
You can stop future Gmail access by disconnecting the integration in Druvo or revoking Druvo's access in your Google Account. Disconnecting Gmail causes us to delete the stored Google OAuth authorization for that connection. You may request deletion of stored Gmail content, derived RFQ and quotation data, or your account by contacting us below. We will process verified deletion requests and remove the data from active systems, except where retention is required by law. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten in the ordinary course of our backup cycle.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, encryption of Google OAuth access and refresh tokens at rest, access controls, logical tenant separation, access logging, and managed encryption keys. We limit access to personnel and service providers that need it to perform authorized functions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you of material incidents as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to certain processing of, or delete your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may revoke Druvo's Google Account access at any time without affecting processing that occurred before revocation.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
