These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Druvo website and services (the "Services") provided by Pragati Labs LLC ("Druvo", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Connected email accounts
If you connect a Gmail or other email account, you represent that you are authorized to grant Druvo access to that account and its contents. You direct us to access and process messages, attachments, and related account information only to provide the Services described in our Privacy Policy. You can stop future access by disconnecting the integration in Druvo or revoking access through your email provider.
Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Services. Druvo does not permanently delete Gmail messages through the Services.
Your content
You retain all rights to the catalog, pricing, customer, email, attachment, RFQ, quotation, and other data you submit, connect, or generate through the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and process Your Content only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Services for you and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to process Your Content on your behalf.
We do not use or transfer Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to share.
- Do not use the Services to send spam, unsolicited commercial email, deceptive or misleading messages, or email that violates Gmail policies or applicable anti-spam and marketing laws.
- Do not use another person's mailbox, identity, catalog, customer information, or credentials without authorization.
AI-assisted outputs and user review
The Services may use artificial intelligence to classify messages, extract RFQ details, match products, and generate proposed quotations and email drafts. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving product selections, pricing, taxes, availability, recipients, and message content before relying on or sending an output. Druvo does not make commitments to your customers on your behalf without an authorized user action.
Plans and payment
Paid features are billed according to the plan or order you agree to. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Availability
We work to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Quotation outputs are tools to assist you and should be reviewed before use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragati Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Retention and deletion of Your Content after disconnection or termination are governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement with you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
