# Druvo > AI quoting infrastructure for Indian suppliers. Druvo does two things: it lets > distributors search current manufacturer price lists (Pricebook), and it turns > incoming customer enquiries into ready-to-send quotations (RFQ to Quote). > Built for electrical and industrial distributors, wholesalers and > manufacturers in India. Prices in INR. Druvo is operated from India and sells to Indian distributors. All prices on this site are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST. Two products, two jobs: - **Pricebook** answers "what does this part cost?" — the list price a customer pays. There is a free tier. - **RFQ to Quote** answers "get the quotation out today" — it reads enquiries from email, PDF, Excel, photos and WhatsApp, matches the line items to the seller's catalog, and drafts a quotation for a human to approve. Paid. A deliberate boundary between them: **Pricebook never reads an enquiry and never writes a quotation, at any tier.** Pricebook searches and prices; RFQ to Quote quotes. Pricebook is included at no extra cost with RFQ to Quote. ## Pages - [Home](https://usedruvo.com/): What Druvo does, and which of the two products a visitor needs. - [Pricebook](https://usedruvo.com/pricebook): The price-lookup product. Free tier, brand coverage, how net pricing works. - [RFQ to Quote](https://usedruvo.com/rfq-to-quote): The quotation automation product — enquiry in, draft quotation out. - [Pricing](https://usedruvo.com/pricing): All four plans, the full feature comparison, the catalog-size ladder and how AI credits work. - [Privacy Policy](https://usedruvo.com/privacy) - [Terms of Service](https://usedruvo.com/terms) ## Plans and prices **Pricebook Free — ₹0, free forever.** No card, no trial that ends. One user. Activate the brand catalogs you actually deal in — a Schneider distributor activates Schneider, not every brand Druvo maintains. 10,000 products total, counting activated brand catalogs and your own uploaded products together. 1,000 searches a month, counted across everything. Search by part number, brand, description or specification. Works on a phone. Shows the list price only. **Pricebook (Net Price) — ₹200 per user per month, plus a catalog-size fee from ₹500 per month.** Everything in Free, plus: store your standard trade discounts by brand and by range (not part by part), and every search then shows your net price, your margin and your selling price. Unlimited searches. Team logins. Export a customer price list with your prices applied. Alerts when a brand revision changes your items. **RFQ to Quote — ₹800 per seat per month, plus AI credits at ₹1 per credit.** Everything in Pricebook, plus: one connected inbox (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or IMAP), reads PDF, Excel, CSV and photos, WhatsApp enquiries, pulls out every line item with quantity and spec, AI-matches items to your catalog with top-5 alternatives when a match is unclear, applies your discount rules and tax, and drafts the quotation. Nothing is sent without human approval. Account CRM, quotation tracking, follow-up reminders, reports, and handoff to Zoho or Tally for orders and invoicing. **Enterprise — custom.** Whole-inbox scanning rather than a single folder, email classification, your own quotation format and fields, bespoke purchase workflows, audit logs, full role-based permissions, ERP sync, and hands-on catalog migration. **Catalog-size ladder** (applies to the catalog fee): up to 10,000 items ₹500/mo · up to 50,000 items ₹1,500/mo · up to 200,000 items ₹4,000/mo · above 200,000 items, custom dedicated database. **AI credits:** 1 credit = ₹1, consumed only when Druvo reads an enquiry and prepares a quotation. A plain-text email with 5 line items costs about 12 credits. An email with an attached Excel or PDF with 5 line items costs about 16–20 credits. Searching Pricebook, checking margins and managing your catalog consume no credits. A team quoting 100–150 enquiries a month typically spends ₹1,500–₹2,500 on credits. Nothing stops when credits run out; enquiries queue. **Billing:** all prices exclude 18% GST; a GST invoice is issued against your GSTIN. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount. If a paid plan is cancelled the account moves to Pricebook Free rather than being closed, and all catalog items, quotations and customer history can be exported to Excel at any time. ## Brand price lists in Pricebook Live today: **Schneider Electric** (LV distribution, final distribution, wiring devices, switching and controlling) and **Philips · Signify** (professional and consumer lighting). Being added: **Havells** (switchgear, wires, lighting), **Legrand** (wiring devices and protection), **Polycab** (wires and cables), **L&T** (switchgear and controlgear). Prices come from the price lists the manufacturers publish themselves. Every result names the brand and the price list it came from and links to the original document. Druvo shows the current list price — when a brand publishes a revision, the old prices are replaced. ## The free / paid boundary The line is drawn by the trade itself. A manufacturer's list price is public — they publish it. What a distributor actually pays after their standard discount off list is private to that distributor. - Free gives you the **list price** — what the customer pays. - Paid gives you **your price** — your net cost, your margin, your selling price. Discount structures are never shared between accounts, never mixed with another company's data, and never used to train public AI models. ## Contact - Sales: sales@usedruvo.com - Phone: +91 82878 22728 (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST) - Sign in: https://app.usedruvo.com
